• To verify that a compliance log was initiated at the correct physical location of the application.
• To query authoritative local weather services (e.g., wind speed and temperature) for the exact GPS coordinates at the exact timestamp of your log.

• To manage your account, verify your subscription, and provide customer support.

4. Location Tracking Transparency & Control

We do not track your location continuously in the background when the App is closed. GPS location is only accessed when you actively press the button to log an application. You can disable location permissions in your device settings at any time, but doing so will prevent the App from automatically verifying local weather conditions for your regulatory logs.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with trusted service providers necessary to run the App (such as our database host and weather API providers), who are legally bound to protect your data.

6. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your email and GPS log history. We retain your compliance records for as long as your account remains active, or as required by applicable state pesticide recordkeeping regulations (e.g., up to three years for Colorado Department of Agriculture audits).
